Limited Warranty
Thank you for your interest in the products manufactured by ReptilePerch.com (Specialty Enclosure Designs LLC.) This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods purchased from Specialty Enclosure Designs LLC.
All items made by ReptilePerch.com (Specialty Enclosure Designs LLC) are covered under a 90 day Limited Warranty from time of purchase. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use and conditions only during the Warranty period.
During the Limited Warranty Period ReptilePerch.com (Specialty Enclosure Designs LLC) will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves to be defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance and were manufactured by Specialty Enclosure Designs. This Warranty only covers the replacement of the parts made by Specialty Enclosure Designs and does not cover any damages to other equipment or animals owned by the end user.
A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problems that are caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage that occurs as a result of misuse by the end user..
Terms and Conditions
ReptilePerch.com (Specialty Enclosure Designs LLC) will not be responsible for any damages to animals/livestock, physical property, or equipment incurred while using parts or products manufactured and sold by Specialty Enclosure Designs LLC.
The buyer and or end user assumes all responsibility for proper usage and installation of all parts and products made and sold by Specialty Enclosure Designs LLC.
The Process Etc.
We do not carry an inventory. All items are made to order. If the queue is low it will only take a couple days to complete and ship most orders. if the queue is high this could take a week or two to complete an order. If the wait time is high we will send and email letting you know the status of your order.
Lastly, all of our items are made using safe non-toxic modified/enhanced PLA plastic. This is a low temperature thermoplastic and because of this we do not recommend that you clean any of these items in a dishwasher. The high heat (especially during the dry cycle) will warp the plastic. We recommend a soak in some water with a disinfectant like F10 if they ever get heavily soiled and need a cleaning. Then rinse with a sprayer to remove loosened debris and give a final clean.
